Coffee Ice Cream Oreo Pie

What You'll Need:

  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1 qt. coffee ice cream
  • Bitter chocolate, shaved

Procedure:

  • Make crust of crushed Oreo's and melted butter.
  • Press into a 9 inch pie pan.
  • Chill until firm and fill with softened coffee ice cream.
  • Garnish top with shaved chocolate curls. Freeze.
  • Remove from freezer for a few minutes before cutting.
