The Different Faces of Me

I've been thinking a lot lately. I wanted to find a new job. I'm not happy with my work anymore. My boss have favoritisms and he's just unfair at all times. I don't want to leave because of my friends there but my future will be stucked on a company who does not see my potentials. What should I do? I know my mom will be disappointed if I lose my job. She won't understand. Err.. how I wish things could go on nicely.
