Pina Colada and Choco-Pina Colada

Pina Colada

What You'll Need:

  • 1 nip of Malibu Carribean White Rum with Coconut
  • 250 ml sweetened pineapple juice
Procedure:
  • Mix all ingredients in a coctail mixer and shake vigorously.
  • Makes 1 tasty drink.
  • You may also add 1 tablespoon of vanilla ice cream or 50 ml of coconut milk.

Choco-Pina Colada

What You'll Need:

  • 1 nip of rum (Malibu is ideal but any rum would do)
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla ice cream
  • 250 ml sweetened pineapple juice
  • 30 ml chocolate syrup (or ice cream topping)
Procedure:
  • Mix all ingredients in a cocktail mixer and shake vigorusly.
  • Pour unto a cocktail glass and enjoy!

Note: 30ml equals to 1 nip of spirits such as vodka, gin, rum or brandy. Also take notice that mixed drinks often contain 2 or more nips of spirits.
