Special Hot Chocolate

What you'll need:
- 2 1/2 cups milk, scalded
- 2 oz unsweetened chocolate
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp salt
Procedure:
- In a blender, combine chocolate, sugar, vanilla and salt, with 1/2 cup of the milk.
- Blend until smooth, then add the rest of the milk.
- Serve immediately.
